Terms of Use — CarPlaza

These Terms of Use govern your use of the CarPlaza application and services provided by Prince Dev Labs Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using CarPlaza, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use CarPlaza. By using the app, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@princedevlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Listing Rules

• All vehicle listings must be accurate, truthful, and represent vehicles you own or are authorized to sell
• Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings are strictly prohibited
• Listings must not violate Nigerian law or any applicable regulations
• We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice if it violates these terms

4. Prohibited Activities

• Posting stolen vehicles or vehicles with forged documents
• Impersonating another user or entity
• Using CarPlaza for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Harassing or threatening other users

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium features require payment processed through Paystack. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CarPlaza is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of vehicles. All transactions are between buyers and sellers. Prince Dev Labs is not liable for disputes arising from transactions made through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prince Dev Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CarPlaza.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
