1. About Propsure

Propsure is a property rental marketplace operated by Prince Dev Labs Limited, connecting property seekers with verified landlords and agents in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.

Propsure is a platform only. We do not own, manage, or control any properties listed on the platform. All transactions and agreements are between tenants and landlords/agents directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Propsure. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You must not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Listing Rules (For Agents and Landlords)

By posting a property listing you confirm that:

• You are the owner, authorised agent, or have permission to list the property
• All information in your listing is accurate and not misleading
• Photos and videos are of the actual property being listed
• The property is legally available for rent or sale
• You will not post the same property multiple times
• You will remove listings promptly once a property is taken

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Propsure to:

• Post fake, fraudulent, or scam listings
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Collect user data without consent
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the in-app chat
• Request payment before showing a property in person
• Discriminate against users based on religion, ethnicity, gender, or disability
• Use the app for any illegal purpose under Nigerian law

6. Verification

Propsure offers optional agent verification via NIN identity check. Verified badges indicate that an agent has completed our identity verification process. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of an agent's listings or conduct.

7. Payments and Premium Plans

• Basic listing is free for all users
• Premium plans are optional paid subscriptions offering additional features
• All payments are processed securely by Paystack
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case — contact support within 7 days of purchase

8. Intellectual Property

The Propsure app, its design, logos, and content are owned by Prince Dev Labs Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

When you upload photos or content to Propsure, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the app for the purpose of the listing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Propsure is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between tenants and landlords/agents
• Loss of money resulting from transactions between users
• Inaccurate information in listings posted by users
• Failure to secure a property through the platform

Always physically inspect a property before making any payment. Never send money to anyone you have not met in person and verified.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
