Delete your Goldwise account

Last updated: 7 October 2026 · Version 1.0

This page is for the Goldwise app (package com.goldwise.app) by Prince Dev Labs Limited. It explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it, what we remove, and what we keep.

Option 1: delete it in the app (instant)

  1. Open Goldwise and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are removed straight away and you are signed out.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. Deleting your account does not cancel billing, and the app will ask you to cancel before it deletes the account. To cancel: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Goldwise and tap Cancel subscription.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, send an email to support@princedevlabs.com with the subject Delete my Goldwise account. Please write from the email address you used to register, and say whether you signed up with email and password or with Google, so we can find and verify the account. We will delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.
