Goldwise Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Prince Dev Labs Limited ("we", "us"), the publisher of the Goldwise app. By creating an account or using Goldwise you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Goldwise is
Goldwise provides human-written market analysis of gold (XAUUSD) and educational courses and tools. The content is for general information and education. It is not personal financial, investment or trading advice, and we do not know your circumstances. Goldwise is not a broker. It does not place trades, hold your funds or manage your money. Please also read our Risk disclosure.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for checking that using trading information is lawful where you live.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. An account can be used on up to two devices at a time.
- You can delete your account at any time (see account deletion).
4. Free access
New members can see up to 3 completed signals. Free access ends after your first winning signal or after 3 losing completed signals, whichever comes first. A limit signal that never triggers does not count. Some lessons are free to read.
5. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
- A subscription gives access to new eligible signals, signal history, the full Learn section and subscriber notifications for as long as it is active.
- Reference prices are $50 per month or $520 per year. Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you pay.
- Payment is taken and managed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- To cancel: open Google Play, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Goldwise and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel billing.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law. You can ask Google for a refund through your Google Play order history. Contact us if something went wrong with access after a purchase.
- We may change prices or plans. Changes follow Google Play's rules and will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
6. Signals, results and learning content
- A signal is an idea with an entry, a stop loss and a take profit. You decide whether to act on it, and you place any trade yourself.
- Results shown in Goldwise are recorded by our team and are theoretical or manually recorded. Real trades can differ because of spreads, slippage, delays and platform differences.
- Courses, quizzes and the "Guess the analysis" game are for learning. They do not promise that any method will be profitable.
- Your trade journal is a private tool. Nothing in it is shown to other members.
7. Licence and acceptable use
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Goldwise and its content for your own learning. You must not copy, resell, republish or share signals, lessons or other content with others, use the app unlawfully, try to break or overload it, bypass the free allowance, the device limit or the subscription, or share your account.
8. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other members at risk. You may stop using Goldwise at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limits of liability
Goldwise and its content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that signals will be profitable, correct or timely, or that the app will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of Goldwise. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date and version above. If you keep using Goldwise after an update, you accept the new terms. For important changes we will tell you in the app.
